  1. For residential searchers, there are no commission costs for objects published and known by us.<\/li>\n
  2. The user \/ searcher will receive proof of offer from My Saar Home in writing or by phone, which are expressly intended only for the current search according to his request.<\/li>\n
  3. Our information and object evidence are intended exclusively for the addressed recipient and must be treated confidentially. Passing on to third parties requires our express written consent.<\/li>\n
  4. For all current and future claims arising from the business relationship with merchants, including bills of exchange and check claims against merchants is the exclusive place of jurisdiction: <\/li>\n
  5. Our contractual relationships are governed by German law.<\/li>\n
  6. In case of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions, the meaning of the German Language version shall prevail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
