Terms and Conditions for Renters

  1. For residential searchers, there are no commission costs for objects published and known by us.
  2. The user / searcher will receive proof of offer from My Saar Home in writing or by phone, which are expressly intended only for the current search according to his request.
  3. Our information and object evidence are intended exclusively for the addressed recipient and must be treated confidentially. Passing on to third parties requires our express written consent.
  4. For all current and future claims arising from the business relationship with merchants, including bills of exchange and check claims against merchants is the exclusive place of jurisdiction:
  5. Our contractual relationships are governed by German law.
  6. In case of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions, the meaning of the German Language version shall prevail.
